Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence.Integrated, not improvised.

We were wiring IBM Watson into interactive experiences years before the current wave. Today we integrate AI where it actually pays: into your operations, your tools and your everyday work.

AI doesn't replace your business. It accelerates it.

The models are everywhere. The difference is the integration.

We don't sell a platform and we have nothing to push. We take the models that exist — the best of the moment — and wire them into your reality: your tools, your data, your people. It's the craft we've practiced since Watson: putting spectacular technology to work in a context that forgives nothing.

Where we come from

We were there when it was still called Watson.

Long before the generative wave, we were wiring IBM's cognitive services — voice, vision, language — into interactive installations that had to perform in front of a live audience, every day. That's where you learn what no demo ever shows.

Backstage at an interactive installation: an open equipment rack, tidy cabling, a technician at work in stage light.
  1. 01

The model is 20% of the work

The rest is the wiring: the data going in, the actions coming out, the edge cases a full room finds within ten minutes. That other 80% is what we've been practicing for over a decade.

  2. 02

    A live audience forgives nothing

An installation that gets it wrong in front of two hundred people doesn't get a second chance. We learned to put AI in production with guard-rails — not with promises.

  3. 03

Models come and go. Integration stays.

Watson, then vision networks, then generative models: the stack has changed three times. Our systems stayed in service — because they were built to outlive their model.

  4. 04

We use it for real, every week

Image generation, previsualisation, production pipelines: AI has been working inside our own studio for years. We sell what we practice — and nothing else.

Three generations of models in ten years — each one replaced the last. The integrations we built crossed them all, because they were designed to outlive their model.

What changes

The repetitive workno longer waits for anyone.

The integrations

Six ways to put AI to work. In your business.

No platform to adopt, no house subscription: every integration plugs into what you already have, and is measured in hours given back to your teams.

01

The mapping

Where AI pays in your business — and where it won't.

Two or three days inside your operations, following the information: what gets retyped, summarized, filed or answered by hand. You leave with an honest map — the places where AI pays within the first month, and the ones where it never will. You decide with a plan, not a hunch.

Two people at an office wall covered in index cards and marker-drawn arrows, mid process-mapping.

02

AI inside your existing tools

Your ERP, your CRM, your inbox — augmented.

Nothing new to open in the morning: the intelligence plugs into the tools your teams already use. The quote that arrives pre-filled, the client email summarized and filed before it's read, the monthly report that writes itself from the system's numbers — and gets proofread in five minutes instead of built in three hours.

A contemporary workstation by a glass wall: an ultrawide screen showing a pre-filled quote and its assistant panel, low-profile keyboard, mug and notebook in the foreground.

03

Automating the repetitive

The hours lost to copy-paste come back.

Purchase orders retyped from PDFs, invoices filed by hand, the same replies written twenty times: these tasks now handle themselves, with a person validating instead of executing. It's the fastest integration to pay for itself — and the one teams love most, because it removes exactly what nobody wanted to do.

A smiling employee carries a box of old paper forms out of a modern paper-free office, a full recycling cart at the frame's edge.

04

An assistant on your data

It answers from your documents. Not the Internet.

Your past quotes, your manuals, your drawings, your procedures: an internal assistant that answers your teams' questions from what the company already knows — and cites its sources. Twenty years of know-how stops living only in three people's memory. Hosted wherever you decide.

From a bright office, a small glass-walled server closet: one black rack with tidy cabling and soft status lights, an employee walking past the glass with a laptop.

05

Assisted creative production

Our own pipeline, put to work for you.

Images, video, sound, previsualisation: the generative pipeline we use every week for our own productions, installed and taught inside your company. Your mockups, product sheets, clips and presentations come out ten times faster — with your art direction, not a model's.

A bright creative studio: on the wall, a large display shows four variations of the same artwork in a grid; the designer retouches one of them on his pen display.

06

Training and guard-rails

So it stays used — and used properly.

Teams trained on your real cases, not conference examples. And clear rules: what may go out, what never leaves, what AI prepares and what a person signs. An integration without training dies in three months; training without guard-rails ends up in the news.

A small in-company training room: a few attentive employees, a trainer standing, a large dark screen in the background.

Your case isn't on the list?

These six doors are our most frequent ways in, not the limits of the craft. Voice, sound, video, code: the models move every month, and our job is precisely knowing which ones are worth wiring into your business — and which ones aren't worth it yet. That's what the mapping is for.

In your tools

Nothing new to open.Everything gets faster.

The principles

Four rules. No exceptions.

They date from our Watson years, and three generations of models haven't changed them.

  1. 01

    AI proposes, someone decides

No system we ship sends, signs or decides on its own. AI prepares the work; a person validates it. That's what makes adoption possible with your teams — and what protects you.

  2. 02

    Your data stays your data

What's confidential never leaves the house. Hosting in Quebec or on your own servers when it matters, and an agreement that says in plain words what is sent, where, and to whom.

  3. 03

    We integrate into what exists

One more tool is one tool too many. If your teams have to change how they work to benefit from AI, the integration failed before it started.

  4. 04

Measurable, or we don't do it

Every integration carries a number: hours given back, a shorter delay, an error rate. If there's nothing to measure, we'll tell you there's nothing to do — it has happened, and those clients call us back.

We tell you where AI did the work.

On every mandate — ours and yours. AI speeds up drafts, variants and the repetitive; judgment, direction and finishing stay human, and the deliverable is judged on the result, not the tool. What you pay for is that judgment and the guarantee that comes with it — never the hours the machine saved. Those hours come back to you, in speed or in price.

The use

One question asked. One answer that knows.

The method

We look, we prove, we integrate, we stay.

The same method as our management systems: built with the people who will use it, delivered in pieces, measured at every step.

A working session in a contemporary glass-walled meeting room: four people over a large paper diagram, a wall display with a soft abstract node diagram, the live office beyond the glass.
  1. 01

    We come watch you work

Two or three days on site, following the information end to end: where it gets retyped, summarized, or waits. We leave with the map of your operations as they really work — and the two or three places where AI would pay within the first month.

  2. 02

    We prove small

A first use case, within weeks: a real workstation, a real task, a number before and a number after. That's what decides what comes next — not a slide deck.

  3. 03

    We integrate for real

Into your tools, with the guard-rails, logging and access control that make a system hold up in production. Under the hood, the same Laravel and database foundations as our management systems — but that's our problem, not yours.

  4. 04

    We train and we stay

Models change every six months; your integrations must follow without starting over. We train your teams on their real cases, watch for what degrades, and upgrade when it's worth it — not when it's fashionable.

Who it's for

For those with repetitive work and data lying dormant.

The signal is always the same: competent people spending their days moving information around instead of deciding.

Manufacturers and shops
Distribution and logistics
Professional services
Construction and real estate
Studios, agencies and media
Retail and customer service
Companies of 10 to 300 employees
Teams already stretched thin — especially them

It's not for everyone

If your need is solved by a subscription to a consumer tool, we'll tell you at the first meeting — it costs a few dollars a month and doesn't justify a mandate. Integration is justified when AI has to touch your data, your tools and your processes. That's where it becomes our craft.

Your business

The company's knowledgeno longer leaves at five.

Your business

Show us where the time goes.

One hour is enough to spot two or three places where AI would pay in your business — and to tell you frankly if it won't.
